Spicy Fruit Salad

This is a great twist on a classic fruit salad recipe! Add some spice and tartness and take this to your next summer picnic!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup strawberry , diced
  • 1/2 cup pineapple , diced
  • 1/2 cup mango or orange , diced
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup watermelon , diced
  • 1/2 cup kiwi , diced
  • 1 tbsp lime juice , more depending on acidity of lime
  • 1/4 teasp chilli powder , more or less depending on desired level of spice

Instructions

  1. Combine all the fruit in one large mixing bowl.
  2. Add the lime juice and chili powder and combine. Adjust the amount of lime juice and chili powder if necessary.
  3. Chill in the fridge and pull out when you're ready to serve!

Recipe Notes

Feel free to use any combination of fruit, depending on what you prefer or what you have available.

 

You can use any other spicy seasoning mix in place of the chili powder.
