  1. Combine all ingredients above into a blender,

  2. Blend until completely pureed into a smooth and creamy mixture.

  3. Pour the mango lassi into popsicle molds.

  4. Place in freezer and enjoy once frozen!

Recipe Notes

You can just as easily substitute the mango for any other ripe in season fruit. Depending on how sweet the fruit is, you may need to adjust the amount of dates.
