Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese , softened
  • 5 tbsp unsalted butter , softened
  • 1/2 teasp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/4 cups sugar , confectioners
  • lemon , optional

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients with a stand mixer or a hand mixer.
  2. For a slight lemony flavor, add a small amount of lemon juice.
