Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves
  • 1/4 cup parsley leaves
  • 2 cloves garlic , chopped
  • 2 tbsp pine nuts
  • 1/4 cup vegan parmesan cheese , (optional)
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • salt/pepper

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients together in a food processor.
  2. Add salt/pepper to taste and enjoy!

Recipe Notes

Storage - Since this is made primarily out of herbs, it'll stay good in the fridge for 2-3 days. You can also make a large batch and store it in the freezer.
