Ingredients

cherry tomatoes
, sliced in half

, peel, cut into 4 quarters lengthwise, then slice each section

vegan feta cheese

Combine all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl and gently toss.
Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste. Refridgerate until served.
