Easy Indian Green Bean Curry with Potatoes

Main Ingredients

Long Green Beans

Potatoes

Garlic

Lemon Juice

Coriander

Cayenne Powder

Water

Spices: Mustard Seeds Asafoetida Turmeric Cumin

Chop The Veg

Trim both ends of green beans then chop into small pieces. Peel & Dice the potatoes.

Time To Cook

Fry oil, mustard seeds, asafoetida and minced garlic for a few seconds then add green beans, potatoes, turmeric, chili powder & salt. Mix well.

Once the beans & potatoes are  tender, add the ground cumin and ground coriander. Add salt & lemon juice. Garnish with cilantro & serve!
